• Genuine Products: All brand-new Samsung devices sold on the Website are authentic, sourced through official Samsung channels (as part of our East China authorization), and covered by Samsung’s official warranty (where applicable). Certified pre-owned Samsung devices are thoroughly inspected, tested, and labeled with their condition (e.g., “Like New,” “Good”)—details are provided on individual product pages.
• Pricing & Stock: Product prices are displayed in [Currency, e.g., RMB] and exclude shipping fees (calculated at checkout) unless stated otherwise. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices, correct typographical errors, or update product details without prior notice. Orders are only confirmed if the product is in stock at the time of payment; if stock is unavailable after payment, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

3. Order Process & Confirmation

• When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected product(s). The Company reserves the right to accept or reject your order (e.g., if product details are incorrect, stock is unavailable, or payment is invalid).
• An order is confirmed only when you receive a written “Order Confirmation Email” from the Company, which includes your order number, product details, and total cost. This email constitutes a binding contract between you and the Company.

• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you once the courier confirms delivery (per the tracking status). You are responsible for receiving the package; if no one is available to accept delivery, the courier may leave it at your address (as per their policy) or arrange re-delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

• New Devices: You may return brand-new, unused, and unopened Samsung devices within 7 calendar days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees) or exchange, provided the product is in its original packaging with all accessories. To initiate a return, contact customer support with your order number and reason for return.
• Pre-Owned Devices: Certified pre-owned devices may be returned within 3 calendar days of delivery if they do not match the described condition or have functional defects (not caused by user damage). Returns for pre-owned devices are subject to inspection by our team; refunds are issued only if the defect is confirmed.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized products (if offered) or items damaged by improper use are not eligible for return.
• Refund Processing: Once returned products are inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

7. Warranty

• New Devices: Brand-new Samsung devices are covered by Samsung’s official warranty (duration varies by model; see Samsung’s website for details). To claim warranty service, contact Samsung directly with the device’s serial number.
• Pre-Owned Devices: Certified pre-owned devices come with a 30-day limited warranty from the Company, covering functional defects (excluding cosmetic wear or user-caused damage). Contact customer support to file a warranty claim.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, loss of data) arising from your use of the Website or purchase of products, except where such liability is required by law (e.g., for personal injury caused by our negligence).
• Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that product.
