Order Tracking Policy

1. Order Status Update Timeframe

  • All order statuses will be updated within 24 hours, usually reflected in the system within 3-6 hours after an operation is completed.
  • Logistics information may have a delay of 12-24 hours, depending on the data synchronization frequency of the logistics company.
  • Customs clearance status updates for international orders may take longer, depending on the efficiency of customs processing in the destination country.

2. Access to Tracking Information

  • Customers will receive a logistics tracking number within 24-48 hours after order confirmation.
  • The tracking number will be sent via email and can be viewed on the “My Account – Order Details” page.
  • For shipped orders, the system will automatically provide a link to the logistics company’s official website for customers to check the latest updates directly.

3. Explanation of Order Statuses

  • Order Confirmed: The system has received your order and is processing it
  • Payment Processing: Verifying your payment information
  • Paid: Payment has been confirmed, and the order is being prepared
  • Processing: Preparing your Samsung Galaxy phone for shipment
  • Shipped: The order has been handed over to the logistics company, and tracking information has been updated
  • In Customs: The package is undergoing customs inspection in the destination country
  • Out for Delivery: The package has arrived locally and will be delivered soon
  • Delivered: The package has been successfully delivered to the specified address
  • Delivery Failed: Delivery attempt failed; specific reasons can be found in the logistics details

4. Handling Shipping Delays

  • If your order hasn’t been received beyond the estimated delivery time, please check the latest status through the tracking system first.
  • International shipments may be delayed due to weather, customs inspections, or local logistics issues. We will do our best to assist with follow-ups in such cases.
  • If your order shows “Shipped” but there’s no status update for more than 10 working days, please contact our customer service team immediately.

5. Address Modification Policy

  • Before the order is shipped, customers can request to modify the delivery address through customer service. A confirmation email will be sent after successful modification.
  • Once the order shows “Shipped”, the delivery address cannot be changed. Customers should contact the logistics company directly for assistance.
  • Additional fees may apply for delivery failures or returns caused by incorrect addresses, which will be borne by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If the tracking information shows the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact customer service within 3 working days.
  • If your received Samsung Galaxy phone has transportation damage, please take photos and contact customer service within 48 hours of signing for it. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • For confirmed lost packages, we will arrange for reshipment or a full refund within 5-7 working days after investigation and confirmation.
